Dedicated Service, Exceptional Expertise | Zonci's Customer Service Team Successfully Concludes 2026 Spring Training Program
Date:April 15, 2026

From April 10 to April 14, 2026, Beijing Zonci Technology Development Co., Ltd. held a five-day Spring Customer Service Intensive Training Program titled “Sharpening Skills for a New Journey, Driving Transformation for a Winning Future” at its Shunyi headquarters. After-sales engineers from across China gathered to hone their skills through practical training and unlock their potential through collaboration, comprehensively strengthening the foundation of customer service capabilities. This program represented a systematic capability transformation initiative for nationwide after-sales engineers, as well as an in-depth refinement process aimed at elevating both individual competencies and team collaboration.

Talent as the Foundation, Service as the Strategy

At the opening of the training program, the HR Director and the Customer Service Department Manager delivered successive speeches. The HR Director emphasized from an organizational capability-building perspective that after-sales engineers are the most direct and frequent point of contact between Zonci and its customers. Their professional competence directly determines the depth of trust the brand earns at the end-user level. The Customer Service Department Manager further clarified the objectives of the training program: it is not only about skill enhancement, but also about the unification and elevation of service awareness—ensuring that every engineer becomes someone “worthy of customers’ trust.”

Theoretical Framework: From Principles to Clinical Practice, Building a Comprehensive Knowledge Map

The theoretical training module is designed with both systematic structure and strong relevance to practical needs. It covers detailed explanations of general clinical knowledge related to instruments, reagents, and various testing items, the structural logic of whole-instrument systems and core components, as well as operational topics such as parameter settings for test projects, calibration procedures, and curve analysis (including calibration curves and reaction curves).

The significance of this module lies in the fact that it goes beyond enabling engineers to simply “operate the instruments.” Instead, it helps them establish a complete cognitive chain—from product design logic to clinical application scenarios—so that they can quickly identify issues and make accurate judgments when facing complex situations.

Hands-on Practice: Coordinating Mind and Hand, Turning Standards into Muscle Memory

Following the theoretical training, the program moved into a more challenging hands-on phase. Engineers were divided into groups to conduct practical exercises including instrument component disassembly and assembly, electrical system diagnostics, and pipeline flow checks. Each operation was carried out strictly in accordance with real-world after-sales service standards. Notably, the practical training was not simple repetitive drilling. Instead, it introduced common fault points and abnormal scenarios, requiring engineers to complete the full process of diagnosis, disassembly, and repair within a limited timeframe. This approach truly embodied the principle of “training with real problems, and being ready for real-world execution upon completion.”

Scenario Simulation and Skills Competition: Testing Real Capability Under Pressure

To comprehensively evaluate service capabilities, the program introduced both group-based scenario simulation competitions and individual professional skills contests. The scenario simulations closely replicated real-world customer-site issues, covering the full workflow from service request reception and communication, to fault diagnosis and solution delivery. This thoroughly assessed engineers’ on-site judgment and communication and coordination abilities. At the same time, the interspersed group recreational activities were not merely for atmosphere adjustment, but were carefully designed as team synergy exercises. In a relaxed environment, engineers’ collaboration efficiency, role allocation, and emergency response capabilities were effectively tested and enhanced.

Moment of Honor: Recognition of Outstanding Teams and Individuals

After multiple rounds of comprehensive evaluation, outstanding individuals and winning teams ultimately stood out. Mr. Ge Anshan, Deputy General Manager of the company, presented awards to the outstanding employees and offered his encouragement. The significance of the award ceremony goes beyond the honor itself. It lies in transforming the technical standards established during the training, the service mindset demonstrated throughout the program, and the spirit of collaboration forged through practice into internal benchmarks—ensuring that excellence becomes the norm within the team.

From theory to practice, from individuals to teams, and from skills to knowledge, this training fully demonstrated Zonci people’s firm belief in “standing on professionalism and putting customers first.” In the IVD field, professionalism is the baseline, while dedication is what sets excellence apart. Truly outstanding service always anticipates customer needs.

“Sharpening Skills for a New Journey, Driving Transformation for a Winning Future.” Taking this intensive training as a new starting point, Zonci’s customer service team will continue to deepen the development of its after-sales service system, delivering more professional expertise, more attentive service, and more comprehensive support to contribute to the high-quality development of the healthcare industry.
